Mandy received her Bachelors degree (Technical Writing) and Masters degree (Curriculum and Instruction) from Weber State, Administrative certificate from Utah State, and is currently working on her doctorate at Texas Tech University.

Mandy is currently the Career and Technical Education Supervisor in the Davis School District. Responsibilities include oversight of the Family & Consumer Science, Health Science, and Childcare pathways in the district. Oversight of Professional Learning Communities, Teacher Mentoring and licensing specialist for CTE teachers, and Advisory Committees for the CTE department. Former Assistant Principal in Granite School District with successful turnaround status of a junior high in GSD. Teaching experience includes: Pharmacy Technician and Medical Terminology at the Granite Technical Institute and the Salt Lake Tooele Applied Technology College.
